Regional Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) Chain

Client Situation: The client quickly grew on the base of a differentiated product and strong leadership, and outgrew its start-up marketing function.

ABA Approach: ABA performed a strategic assessment of the company's marketing needs and developed a detailed roadmap outlining the key capabilities of its future marketing group. Based on our experience with best-in-class organizational structures, we developed several organizational scenarios for the client to consider. In addition, we developed roles and responsibilities for each position proposed for the new marketing organization.

Results: The client selected one of our organizational structure scenarios, and has begun making appropriate staff and organizational changes to implement the new model. At this time it is too early to quantify the impact of the changes on the organization.
