Global manufacturer and distributor of professional hardware tools Client Situation: The client had a strong share in the U.S. market and retained ABA to determine growth opportunities overseas and develop a corresponding expansion strategy. ABA Approach: We developed a comprehensive market overview for different regions of the world to identify high priority areas. We subsequently performed an in-depth analysis of the company's strategy and operations to determine which parts of the world would be most suitable for near term expansion. We also recommended the launch of additional brands to help penetrate the new markets, and address relevant channel and pricing issues. Results: The company adopted our country-by-country expansion schedule and implementation program. Multiple brands have now been deployed, and international tool sales continue to grow.
