In-home Heating and Air Conditioning Service Provider Client Situation: The client had acquired a number of independent HVAC service providers across the U.S. and Canada, and retained ABA to help devise a strategic growth plan for the business. ABA Approach: We worked collaboratively with corporate leaders and field representatives to develop the company's mission and vision. We also analyzed the markets to identify and quantify the benefits of presenting an integrated organization with a common brand to the marketplace. We further conducted primary research to determine the key attributes customers use to select HVAC service providers. We translated those attributes into operational standards that are being adopted by all service centers. Results: The company has adopted our strategy and is in the process of rolling out the common brand across its service centers. It has also embraced the recommended operational standards and with transition and monitoring help from ABA, the company is currently differentiating itself from competitors through a platform that better addresses customers' primary needs.
