Global Charitable Organization: Cross-Divisional Strategy Client Situation: The organization's service lines operate like independent business units, which have resulted in the absence of an integrated strategy. With a new leadership team ABA was contacted to assist in developing a new corporate strategy, including specific plans for each of the service lines. ABA Approach: ABA first consolidated and analyzed results from multiple research efforts conducted within different service lines. This was then extended into a detailed study of the industry dynamics, competitive environment, and a consumer study to determine which service lines had the greatest potential and would receive the greatest support. Results: Our analysis has been implemented into a strategic growth plan based on an in-depth understanding of what America’s charitable donors want the organization to provide.
