IT equipment and services provider Client Situation: Despite a relatively effective relationship with its agency of record, the client wished to conduct an agency review to determine whether it would benefit from a change in agency partner. ABA Approach: We executed our proprietary six-step review process and evaluated a number of leading agencies before helping the client select a new agency partner. We also negotiated the compensation agreement with the new agency on behalf of the client. Results: The review resulted in the selection of a new agency partner, who is better suited to support the client's long term marketing strategy.
