Client Situation: After a series of brand acquisitions, the client wished to conduct an assessment of its current agency to determine if any compensation or organizational changes were required. In addition, the client believed it would be able to reduce fees for several of its agency partners by retaining ABA for the negotiation.

ABA Approach: We conducted a full assessment of each of the company's agencies as well as an analysis of the staffing and compensation associated with each firm. Once a clear scope of work was developed, we negotiated the compensation agreement with several agencies on behalf of the client.

Results: The review resulted in the further extension of the incumbent agency relationship, while the new compensation agreements with the client's PR and advertising agencies yielded significant cost savings.
