Client Situation: The client had a network group of agencies providing global multi-cultural support. ABA was retained because the client's needs were not being satisfied and the agency costs were significantly higher than expected.

ABA Approach: ABA developed a thorough baseline understanding of the client's needs to determine the potential consolidation scenarios. We next reviewed the capabilities of agencies pertaining to different holding groups, in an attempt to place all business within the same network. Finally, we executed our proprietary six-step review process to select the best agency group to support general market, Hispanic, African American, and Asian American advertising.

Results: We have been able to achieve better, more consistent global multi-cultural advertising support as well as significant cost savings.
